We are pleased to be able to offer this streaming component for those who choose to attend the Maine Real Estate & Development Association's (MEREDA's) 2022 Forecast Conference & Member Showcase virtually.  

Each year, MEREDA assembles some of Maine's top real estate leaders to provide the annual Economic Overview and Outlook on Maine's economy, along with the popular Market Overview by property type focusing on both Commercial and Residential Forecasts.  Attendees gain valuable insights on the state of the economy and what lies ahead in the coming months for the real estate industry. 

This annual conference attracts experts from Maine's real estate, construction, finance, architecture, legal, engineering, tourism, and economic development communities. 

MEREDA's Eighteenth Annual Member Showcase!  The Member Showcase is an integral part of our annual event, providing a unique opportunity to network with MEREDA's members. It's a great opportunity for members to network and showcase their products and services.

IMPORTANT:  Upon registration, you will receive an email with the link and access code you will need to view the program.  Do not share the link as it is a unique link and access code specific to your registration.  The access codes are limited to one IP address / device at a time.  Please only log in once on the device you intend to use for the entire program.  Otherwise, if you are trying to access the program on a second device, you will be locked out of the program for 1 hour.   

Also, please do not log out or close the window during the lunch break from 12 - 1 pm as this will also lock you out for another hour.  Please keep your connection open at all times.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:

For In-Person Attendees, this course has been approved for 4.00 Hours of Broker, Architect, & Appraiser Continuing Education Credits and 1.00 hour of Legal credits. 

In-Person attendees seeking credits will be required to sign the Sign-In Forms at the Registration area.  

For Virtual Attendees, this course has been approved for 4:00 Hours of Broker Continuing Education Credits and 1.00 h our of Legal credits. 

Virtual attendees will be required to confirm their virtual attendance by completing an exam based on the material presented. The exam will be embedded on the steaming page below the video and chat window. You’ll be able to fill it out right on the stream page as you are watching or at the end of the program. Click submit once you have completed the exam. Exams must be submitted before end of day, January 20, 2022. You must receive a score of 85% in order to receive your credits.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued unless the originating stream fails and the program cannot take place.
